Your Responsibilities:
- Independently managing your own station
- Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh and regional ingredients
- Helping to design menus and seasonal dishes
- Adherence to our quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Supporting and collaborating with the entire kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience as a chef de partie or an ambitious demi chef de partie
- Passion for good food and high-quality ingredients
- Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of personal responsibility
- A clean and organized work style
- Language skills
