Requirements
Duties:
- Preparing and plating dishes in the à la carte section and at events
- Assisting with menu planning and daily specials
- Preparing mise en place
- Checking the quality and freshness of products
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area
- Supporting the kitchen team in daily operations
