Description
Are you ready to follow in the head chef’s footsteps and support him as if you were his right (and left) hand? Your responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supporting the kitchen team—you’ll keep things running smoothly, even when things go a little wrong!
- Ensuring the high quality of our food—and yes, even the last crumb on the plate counts.
- Ordering and checking inventory—because fresh ingredients don’t just magically appear in the kitchen.
- Onboarding and training new team members—patience and a sense of humor are a must here!
Helping create the menu—bring your best ideas, but please let’s not discuss Hawaiian pizza!
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed training as a chef—it’s all about the basics here.
- Experience in a similar role—it helps if you know what “sous” in “sous chef” means.
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure—hectic times don’t faze you.
- Creativity and an eye for detail—every plate is a little work of art!
- A team player with a smile on your face—a sense of humor and a positive attitude are the best recipe for a strong team.
