Requirements
- Independently managing a station (e.g., meat, fish, sauces, or vegetables)
- Preparation and cooking of high-quality à la carte dishes and meals for events
- Assistance with menu planning and cost control
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Training of apprentices Monitoring of incoming goods, inventory management, and ordering of food
