Description
To provide strong support to our kitchen team, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for the upcoming 2026 winter season.
P.S.: Our hotel kitchen was completely renovated in the fall of 2022—we’ve been cooking in our state-of-the-art new Lohberger kitchen since the winter of 2022/2023.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and organizing work tasks in your respective section
- Supervising and managing the commis de partie
- Proper storage and handling of all raw ingredients and food products
- Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Completed training in the restaurant industry
- Expertise in fine dining
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a chef de partie position
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience
- Ability to work independently
- Punctuality and honesty
- Language skills
