- You manage your station independently and conscientiously
- You are jointly responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen
- You act as a role model, set a good example and share your knowledge and skills
- You are right in the middle of it instead of just there
- You contribute to an appreciative atmosphere in which everyone feels welcome
- You provide our guests with a high-quality culinary experience every day despite a workload of up to 1200 meals a day

- Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team for our crazy bunch
- Passion for cooking
