Description
We are the Restaurant Zum Holzwurm, a family-run, award-winning à la carte restaurant known for the finest Austrian Alpine cuisine, with a prime location right on the ski slope in the heart of the famous Ski World Cup resort of Flachau.
For the upcoming winter season, from December 1, 2026, through the end of March 2027, we are looking for
a motivated, dedicated Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

Requirements
Completed training as a chef
Independently manage your role as Chef de Partie in a bustling à la carte restaurant.
Preparing the finest Alpine cuisine using high-quality, regional products
Ability to communicate in German or English
Creativity and a passion for good food
Friendly demeanor
Ability to work well in a team with a collegial and respectful attitude
Ability to work independently
A clean and organized approach to work
Experience
3 Jahre Work experience
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German A2 (basics)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
2850 € net / month
Very good salary, ranging from €2,800 to €3,000 net per month, depending on qualifications
