Requirements
Your responsibilities will include: independently managing the breakfast buffet station; organizing and preparing the lunch buffet (buffet, tables, mise en place…); and providing quality-focused service to our seminar guests during the lunch service. Together with other managers, you will contribute to the development of our apprentices.
