- to take responsibility for a section of the restaurant during dinner service, working alongside a commis
- to offer advice on food and beverage selections
- handling beverage service during breakfast or the dessert buffet
- setting the tables flawlessly according to the respective menu sequence
- to handle mise en place tasks
Requirements

- your training as a restaurant specialist or a degree from a tourism school
- Professional experience in upscale dining
