Description
We are looking for a Chef de Rang to join our restaurant team: Anticipate our guests’ every need, offer helpful advice on drink recommendations, and make their dinner an unforgettable experience!
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for a section of the restaurant during dinner service
- Advising guests on food and beverage selections
- Serving drinks during breakfast or the dessert buffet
- Perfectly setting the tables according to the respective menu sequence
- Mise en place tasks
Requirements
- Training as a restaurant server or successful completion of a tourism program
- Professional experience in upscale dining
- Excellent German language skills
- Knowledge of wine is a plus
