Everyone has their set days off, which we respect, and we’re happy to accommodate individual requests.
Every hour of overtime counts and is fairly compensated—no one has to work “for free” here.
We’re looking for people who are passionate about their work and want to be part of our family-like atmosphere.

Requirements
We’re looking for passionate employees who can share the warm atmosphere of the Aktivhotel Alpendorf with our guests.
Ideally, you’ve completed vocational training in a relevant field, have some professional experience, and share our enthusiasm for wine :-) We’re happy to cover the costs of your continuing education.
If you enjoy your work and want to put your skills to the test, then you’ll fit right in with our team! Even if you don’t have formal training in the hospitality industry but do have practical experience, we’d love to have you join us.
