Head Waiter/Waitress with Accounts Receivable Responsibilities (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang with payment collection responsibilities to join our service team at the 4-star Hotel brückenWIRT in St. Johann im Pongau, starting in November.

You’ll be responsible for serving our à la carte guests as well as our hotel guests on a half-board basis, and you’ll manage your own section independently. In this role, you’ll not only be responsible for providing attentive service and offering advice on wines and beverages, but you’ll also support our commis chefs and apprentices in their day-to-day work.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently managing a section, including handling payments
• Serving our à la carte and hotel guests
• Providing wine and beverage recommendations
• Professional food and beverage service
• Training and supporting commis chefs and apprentices
• Close collaboration with the kitchen and service team
