Head waiter (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated restaurant management assistant or head sommelier starting in June:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of our long-standing service team (approx. 18 employees)
• Responsibility for and coordination of smooth operations
• Scheduling and ongoing training of the entire service team
• Administrative tasks (scheduling, seating arrangements)
• Professional demeanor and serving as the point of contact and host for our guests
• Close collaboration with our kitchen and reception teams
• Responsibility for cleanliness in the restaurants, on the sun terrace, and in the bar area, in compliance with hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Excellent German and English language skills
• Professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work flexibly, independently, and with a sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of wine
• Friendly interaction with our staff and guests
• 5.5-day workweek
