Requirements
YOUR TASKS ... - Welcoming and looking after our discerning guests on our own ward - Advising guests on the food and drink on offer
- Managing your own ward in the early/late shift
- Quick and guest-oriented handling of complaints
- Proper handling of our cash register system/Orderman
- Serving food and drinks professionally at the table
- Shared responsibility for order & cleanliness in the entire restaurant
YOUR PROFILE ..
- Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage
- Confident, friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
- Talent for communication
- Languages: German & English spoken and written, further language skills welcome -
