Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES … • Welcoming and attending to our discerning guests on your own floor • Advising guests on the food and beverage offerings
• Managing your own station during the early and late shifts
• Handling complaints quickly and with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proper use of our POS system/Orderman
• Professional serving of food and beverages at the table
• Sharing responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
YOUR PROFILE …
• Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry is a plus
• Confident, friendly, and well-groomed demeanor
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and resilience
• Strong communication skills
• Languages: German and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is a plus •
