We’re expanding our team for the upcoming 2026/2027 winter season and are looking for staff from December 16, 2026, through approximately April 4, 2027—and we’d love to have you join us for future seasons as well

Tasks
- Welcoming and attending to guests at the highest level
- Advising guests on their selection of food and beverages
- Serving food and beverages in accordance with applicable service standards
- Ensuring that operations in the restaurant run smoothly
- Preparing the restaurant before service begins and cleaning up after service ends
- Actively promoting and upselling products
- Collaborating with other departments, particularly the kitchen, to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- As a Chef de Rang, experience in customer service, courtesy, a well-groomed appearance, charisma, and professionalism are absolute must-haves.
- You place a high value on quality, are reliable, have a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- To provide guests with accurate information about wines, digestifs, and the like on a daily basis, quick comprehension and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Good language skills in German and English are very important to us.
- We consider motivation, flexibility, perseverance, and a positive attitude to be essential requirements for this profession.
