The Mission:

• You run your station with energy and ease, keeping an eye on all your guests.
• With your confident demeanor, you ensure that service runs smoothly and serve as a friendly point of contact for our guests.
• You're naturally comfortable working with Orderman and similar systems, and you can handle entering and processing orders with ease.
• Keeping the ward and the restaurant clean isn't just a job for apprentices and temporary staff—it's something you care about personally.
• For you, "mise en place" isn't a small town in southern France, but an important part of your work that you take care of yourself.

The Profile:

• Are you a free spirit and a team player with high standards?
• Have you completed an apprenticeship in the restaurant or hospitality industry?
• Do you have some initial experience managing your own ward?
• You know your way around drinks and wine, don't you?
• Is it your sense of personal responsibility and initiative that make you exceptional?
• Are your problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills impressive?
• Are flexibility and resilience concepts you're familiar with?
• Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
