Requirements
Your Responsibilities • Managing your own station (breakfast and half-board) • Ensuring smooth service operations • Preparing the daily mise en place • Assisting guests with food and beverage selections • Entering food and beverage orders into the system, including waitstaff billing • Participating in daily menu planning meetings • Ensuring compliance with the establishment’s specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
