• Completed education & professional experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• You enjoy hosting and working in a family-run business
• Very good German language skills

What will your role be within the team?
• You will manage your own service station, including payment collection
• You’ll handle mise en place tasks together with the team
• Taking orders
• Serving food and beverages
• Coordinate service operations with the commis de rangs
• Recording and processing all receipts at your station
• Adherence to quality standards
