Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a technical college degree is a plus
- Several years of experience working at a front desk is a plus, as is experience in the hospitality industry in general
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of hotel software and various hotel-related online programs
- Structured and meticulous work style
- Internal communication and organization
