Ongoing Responsibilities
* Independently managing a section of the hotel restaurant for 40–60 guests
* Preparing the mise en place
* Providing expert advice to guests on food and beverages
* Providing guest service with a sense of humor :-)
* Handling complaints quickly and with a focus on the guest’s needs
* Maintaining order and cleanliness in the restaurant
* Training and mentoring of commis de rangs

Requirements
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training or professional experience as a Chef de Rang
* Knowledge of beverages and wines
* Fluent German and very good English skills
* Enjoy working with people
* Good self-management skills and a precise, structured approach to work
* A competent and professional demeanor
* Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work well in a team
* A desire for personal growth

Employment & Salary
2200 € net / month
The salary is based on the Salzburg collective bargaining agreement but is determined by mutual agreement.
