* Independently managing a section of the hotel restaurant for 40–60 guests
* Preparing the mise en place
* Providing expert advice to guests on food and beverages
* Providing guest service with a sense of humor :-)
* Handling complaints quickly and with a focus on the guest’s needs
* Maintaining order and cleanliness in the restaurant
* Training and mentoring of commis de rangs

Your Profile
* Completed vocational training or professional experience as a Chef de Rang
* Knowledge of beverages and wines
* Fluent German and very good English skills
