Requirements
Tasks:
- Professional presentation and serving of food & beverages to guests
- Active sales and advice to guests - Responsibility for the bar and drinks stock
- Independent cashing up & orderly and conscientious preparation of the waiter's bill
- Daily participation in menu discussions and preparation of the mise en place
- Checking and carrying out daily cleaning work
