Requirements
Duties:
- Professional presentation and service of food and beverages to guests
- Active sales and consultation with guests - Responsibility for the bar and beverage storage
- Wine recommendations and wine service
- Independently entering orders and accurately and meticulously preparing the waitstaff’s settlement
- Daily participation in menu meetings and preparation of mise en place
- Supervising and carrying out daily cleaning tasks
- Language skills
