Description
Join our service team as a bartender - starting immediately! As part of your new job, you will ensure a smooth bar service in our 5* hotel in Oberlech am Arlberg.
The minimum wage for our job offer is above the collective agreement: €2,100 net per month for a working time of 48 hours/6 days per week.
Requirements
- In the bar, you will ensure smooth operations and the best possible service and beverage quality
- In the lunch service, you are responsible for fast service, optimally fulfilling guest requests and sales targets
- In the evening business, your focus is on a particularly high-quality drinks service. You take care of our house guests and walk-in guests at the bar and respond to them and the products
- You ensure an optimal bar result, using both materials and time sensibly and cost-effectively
- You are responsible for a tidy mise-en-place at the bar
- You produce coffee specialties, cocktails and our signature cocktails according to the recipes and our quality standards
- You are also responsible for proper billing and accounting at the end of your shift
- Various other service tasks are also part of your area of responsibility
You will fit in with us if you:
- Bar experience
- German, English and/or other languages
- Focus on personal and cordial care of our guests

A bonus is if you have management experience or have already worked in restaurants with upscale service.
