Bartender (m/f/d)

• At the bar, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly and that service and beverage quality are the best they can be
• During lunch service, you’re responsible for providing prompt service while effectively meeting guest requests and sales targets
• During the evening shift, your focus will be on providing a particularly high-quality beverage service. You’ll serve both our hotel guests and walk-in guests at the bar, tailoring your service to their needs and the products
• You’ll ensure optimal bar performance by using both supplies and time wisely and cost-effectively
• You are responsible for maintaining a neat mise-en-place at the bar
• You prepare specialty coffees, cocktails, and our signature cocktails according to the recipes and our quality standards
• You are also responsible for accurate billing and closing out the bar at the end of your shift
• Various other service tasks are also part of your responsibilities

It’s a plus if you have leadership experience or have previously worked in restaurants offering upscale service.
