Head Waiter (m/f/d)

Join our service team as a Chef de Rang—ideally starting in early July! As part of your new role, you’ll ensure smooth service in the restaurant of our 5-star hotel in Oberlech am Arlberg.

The minimum wage for our Chef de Rang positions exceeds the collective bargaining agreement: €2,100 net per month for a 48-hour workweek (6 days per week).

We’d be happy to discuss exactly how much higher your actual salary as a Chef de Rang at Hotel Sonnenburg will be in person.

Here’swhat you can expect as a Chef de Rang:  

• On your floor, you ensure smooth operations and the highest possible quality of service.
• During lunch service, you’ll be responsible for providing prompt service. In doing so, you’ll optimally fulfill guest requests and meet sales targets.
• During dinner service, your focus is on providing exceptional service: you’ll attend to guests on half-board and à la carte menus, tailoring your approach to both them and the dishes.
• You ensure optimal restaurant performance by using both resources and time efficiently and cost-effectively.
• You will assume leadership responsibility for the Demi Chef de Rang and Commis de Rang reporting to you and train them according to the Sonnenburg manual.
