Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

As Chef de Rang, you play a key role in shaping our guests' culinary experience - with passion, professionalism and a personal touch.

Your tasks

• Welcoming and seating our guests and providing expert advice - with a focus on wine recommendations and service at the highest level
• You take responsibility for your own service station at dinner and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• Close coordination with the kitchen and bar to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience
• Preparation and finishing work in the restaurant

Your profile

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry or comparable experience in upscale service
• Sound knowledge of food, beverages and ideally wine
• Team-oriented, service-oriented, reliable and resilient
• Very good knowledge of German
• Well-groomed appearance and enjoyment of personal contact with guests
