Description
As Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for a service station, ensure that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant and delight our guests with attentive service, specialist knowledge and warmth.
Your tasks:
- Independently looking after and advising guests in your service area
- Taking and serving food and drinks
- Coordinating and guiding the service team (commis, food servers, etc.)
- Ensuring a professional and smooth service process
- Responsibility for order, cleanliness and mise-en-place in your area
- Working closely with the kitchen and service management
Requirements
- Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
- Professional experience in service, ideally as a chef de rang or station waiter/waitress
- Specialist knowledge of food, drinks and serving techniques
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance and high service orientation
- Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Enjoy working with guests and a passion for gastronomy
- Language skills
