Requirements
Relevant professional experience in the upscale hotel / catering industry
Very good knowledge of German and English
Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership behavior
Excellent technical knowledge as well as very good wine knowledge
Ambition, sociability and motivation
High service and quality orientation
