Requirements

Our lakeside hotel, awarded a "Haube," is synonymous with enjoyment, warmth, and hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our close-knit team—which serves a maximum of 60 adult guests—someone who takes pleasure in creating special moments of enjoyment for our guests.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparing and creatively mixing cocktails, aperitifs, digestifs, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Providing expert advice and warm service to our hotel and à la carte guests
  • Representing our establishment as a host or hostess at the bar and in guest interactions
  • Helping to create an atmospheric and professional bar experience
  • Supporting the service team as needed

 

Your Profile

  • Passion for all kinds of beverages, as well as a love for experimenting with and refining recipes
  • A hospitable personality with a polished appearance and excellent manners
  • Experience in the bar or service industry is a plus, but not required
  • A team player who wants to integrate into a young, friendly team
  • Willingness to work full shifts (no part-time shifts)

Additional salary information
Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the Hotel and Hospitality Industry, Salzburg, Level 3, with 4–6 years of professional experience. Full-time position (40–45 hours per week) with a fixed salary included. 5-day workweek. Minimum CBA salary: 2,100 euros.
