We are seeking a motivated Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to join our service team at our 60-room, child-free Seeside Hotel on Lake Mattsee in northern SalzburgerLand (20 km from Salzburg). You will be an integral part of our professional restaurant team, delighting our guests with your hospitality, charm, and a fine selection of wines from our cellar and culinary delights from our kitchen. Requirements
We are looking for a new team member to join our award-winning restaurant team. We are a close-knit team serving a maximum of 60 adult guests. For our hotel guests, we primarily offer a gourmet half-board package featuring a breakfast buffet and a set dinner menu. In addition, we offer an à la carte menu during the day and in the evening for breakfast guests and external guests. We love creating a wonderful culinary experience for our guests and put our heart and soul into our work. As a Chef de Rang/Waitstaff with payment collection responsibilities, you are an important part of the team and represent our unique lakeside hotel to the outside world! We are looking for a wonderful, warm host with excellent manners, a passion for wines and premium products, as well as a team player who will integrate seamlessly into our young team and provide heartfelt service. - Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the Hotel and Hospitality Industry, Salzburg, LG2a, with 4–6 years of professional experience. Full-time position (40 hours per week) included in the package. 5-day workweek. Minimum CBA salary: 2,150 euros. The salary offered is based on the position of Chef de Rang and a 5-day workweek.
