Requirements
You are the face of our service and ensure that our guests in your department feel comfortable from the first minute to the last. Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry (e.g., restaurant specialist) or comparable, multi-year professional experience in upscale service
- A confident, warm demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests
- In-depth knowledge of service procedures and table etiquette, as well as, ideally, experience advising on beverages and wine
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility for your section—you keep track of everything even on busy days
- Enjoyment of leading your team and setting a good example
- Good command of German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility and the ability to handle pressure, including on weekends and holidays
- A well-groomed appearance and a passion for being part of our Wiesenegg family
