Description
The Steigenberger Hotel and Spa Krems is a H World International hotel nestled among the surrounding vineyards along the Danube. The hotel features two dining areas, two bars, and a modern conference facility. To support our service team, we are currently seeking a dedicated Chef de Rang (m/f/d). Requirements
Your qualifications:
• Completed vocational training in the restaurant or hotel industry
• Work experience: 1–2 years
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
Your responsibilities:
• Smooth, high-quality workflow and excellent guest service
• Preparing the necessary mise en place, as well as setting tables and banquet tables
• Providing beverage and food service
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the entire work and restaurant areas
• Leading and training assigned staff
