To strengthen the service team of our hotel and restaurant business in St. Georgen am Längsee, we are looking for the summer season :
CHEF DE RANG (m/f/d) (full or part-time possible)

Focus of the area of responsibility:
- Professional and cordial guest care and hospitality in the restaurant and event area
- Drinks and food service
- Confident knowledge of the food and drinks menu, as well as daily specials
- Active sales
- Handling the daily business according to the event function
- Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant, such as setting tables and boards
- Provision of the required mise-en-place
- Proper execution of booking procedures and billing formalities
- Maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant and work area
- Proper use and cleaning of the equipment and materials used
- Compliance with legal and HACCP requirements
- Convincing implementation of the issued standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Stress resistance and flexibility
- High social competence and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to serve
- Completed vocational training in the industry or experience in a comparable position
- Written and spoken German, foreign language an advantage
- Language skills
