Description
We are strengthening our team with a Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As host and first point of contact, your personal commitment ensures a smooth service process and cordial guest care
- You manage a service station with approx. 30 guests
- They accompany guests on their culinary journey from welcome to farewell and serve exclusive taste experiences
- Your wine & drink recommendations complement the culinary experiences
- You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, service, hygiene and quality standards on the ward
Your profile
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry
- Professional experience as Chef de Rang in 4/5* hotels
- Wine knowledge desired
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Communication skills and a confident manner
- Good knowledge of German & English
