Description
We are strengthening our team with a: RESERVING EMPLOYEE (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Processing of incoming vacation inquiries & reservations by mail & telephone & preparation of offers & confirmations
- Cordial & professional vacation advice
- Active sale of additional services & upgrades etc.
- Confident handling of reservation systems such as Protel & ReGuest (experience an advantage)
- Maintenance & management of guest data
- Clear communication with other departments to ensure the smooth running of guest services
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience in the 4*/5* hotel industry in a comparable position is an advantage
- Structured & independent way of working with high service & detail orientation
- Pleasure in looking after guests on the phone with a confident & friendly manner
- Resilience in stressful situations & solution-oriented work
- Sales-oriented thinking, enthusiasm for active sales & love of the profession
- Willingness to jointly develop quality standards & personal further training
- Quick comprehension
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German & English, other languages an advantage
