We’re breathing new life into our traditional establishment, s’Huagart in Schattwald, and transforming it into a modern restaurant destination in the Tannheimer Valley. 

That’s exactly why we’re looking for you! 

Starting in May, we’ll be combining Alpine burger cuisine with high-quality classics—fresh, regional, and created in close collaboration with our local partners. 

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating burgers you won’t forget
  • Cooking classics the way they should be: authentic and truly delicious
  • Working with regional products to ensure fresh, varied, and high-quality dishes
  • Compliance with and monitoring of all quality and hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks in the kitchen

Requirements

  • Several years of cooking experience (formal training is a plus, but not required)
  • A genuine passion for cooking and good food
  • A professional and well-groomed appearance
  • You keep a cool head even under pressure
  • Team spirit, without losing sight of your own tasks
  • Good German language skills, but not a must

According to the collective bargaining agreement, the minimum salary for the position of junior chef is €2,165 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your exact salary will be based on your previous work experience and will be determined in a joint discussion. Depending on your qualifications and previous work experience, a higher salary is of course possible.
