The Central is owned by the Sölden Ski Lift Company and is managed by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl.

Your Responsibilities: You Can Do This! 

• with support: Working independently at the assigned station
• Preparation and cooking of all types of cold dishes, such as fish, shellfish, and crustaceans, terrines, etc. 
• Knowledge of the menu and how the dishes are prepared
• Preparing recipes in accordance with the head chef's standards
