Description
The Central is looking for great people
“Feine Leite” is what they say in the Ötztal when you’ve found the right people. And that’s exactly who we’re looking for! We’re a 5-star hotel—always innovative, but never pretentious. The Central is owned by the Sölden Ski Lift Company and is managed by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl.
Would you like to provide our guests with personalized, service-oriented support from their initial inquiry through check-in? Then join our reservations team!
Working in our reservations department involves much more than just writing emails and making phone calls: You’ll be the first point of contact—both by phone and in writing—for inquiries and guest concerns, and you’ll also keep track of our reservations.
Your Responsibilities: You Can Do This!
- Handling inquiries by phone and in writing, including preparing quotes and making reservations
- Conscientious and Accurate Handling of Guest Data
- Advising our guests on room categories, additional services, and current offers
- Acceptance and Processing of Group and Travel Agency Reservations
- Processing and advising on special requests (regular guests' requests and guests' specific preferences)
- Ensuring quality standards are met, as well as actively soliciting, processing, and implementing guest and internal feedback
- You're a team player and work closely with our front office team
If you don't meet every item on this list: Don't worry! We'll be happy to show you everything you need to know.
