Requirements
- Assistance with daily tasks in the cold kitchen.
- Preparation and mise en place for the daily salad bar, cold appetizers, and buffet highlights.
- Plating and garnishing cold platters and appetizers during service.
- Assistance with breakfast service (e.g., preparing egg dishes, stocking the breakfast buffet).
- Proper storage and quality control of goods delivered to the station.
