Assistant Chef, Charcuterie and Salad Station (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated assistant chef/commis de partie gardemanger for our Oberwirt Hotel and Restaurant. You will work in our brand-new kitchen using our Herd menu system alongside our head chef and other staff members who have been with us for several years. We prepare a variety of menus for our hotel guests, and our à la carte restaurant is very popular with both locals and visitors.
