Description
We are looking for a Commis de rang (m/f/d) for our 2 toques restaurant in the Gasthof Blaue Quelle in Erl from May to the end of September 2026. In the future, you will be jointly responsible for the well-being of our guests and can become part of our great team. Our guests enjoy a fine à la carte selection or a menu at lunchtime and in the evening. Our menu is based on a fusion between Asia and our alpine region.
Requirements
- Experience in gastronomy
- Good knowledge of German
- Team spirit, resilience and a sense of responsibility
- Independence and reliability
- Enjoy contact with guests
- Language skills

B2 (good intermediate level)
