Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
With us, you’ll be a key point of contact in the dining room—with responsibility and the freedom to bring your own ideas to life:
- You’ll ensure that service runs smoothly and that our guests receive warm, attentive care
- You’ll independently manage a service station with approximately 30 guests
- You’ll oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner service with style and warmth
- You’ll actively recommend wine and beverage pairings and sell with enthusiasm
- Mise en place, quality standards (HACCP), and pre- and post-service preparations are part of your responsibilities
Requirements
Your Profile
- To get started with us, you’ll need the following:
- Several years of experience as a Chef de Rang in a 4/5-star hotel
- Knowledge of wine, enjoyment of interacting with guests, and a genuine passion for service
- A well-groomed appearance, team spirit, and a confident, friendly demeanor
- Very good German and good English skills
