Description
For our family-run 4-star Superior Hotel Erlebach, we are looking for a reliable server with payment collection responsibilities for our guest service team for the winter season starting December 10, 2026 .
You can expect an interesting and responsible position where you’ll be in charge of a station (taking orders using Orderman). Our service team consists of four people—and you’re the only one we’re still missing.

Requirements
Your Profile:
- Ensuring an excellent, high-end level of service in accordance with 4-star superior standards
- Active participation, including managing one station using Orderman (for in-house guests only)
- Alternating bar shifts with your colleague (until 11:30 p.m. at the latest)
- Implementing and monitoring service standards
- Friendly and professional interaction with guests and colleagues
- Overall responsibility for the restaurant (hotel guests) and bar area
- Assistance with ordering, supplier selection, and quality control
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, occupational safety)
- Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
- Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with guests
- Several years of experience in upscale hotel or restaurant service
- Excellent manners, a hospitable attitude, and the ability to handle stress
- Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly and communicative
- Excellent command of German and good verbal communication skills
- You care deeply about the guest’s well-being

What we offer
- 6-day workweek / 48 hours; a 5-day workweek is also possible by arrangement
- Compensation according to the collective bargaining agreement, with a willingness to pay above the standard rate depending on education and professional experience
- Free room and board (single room with shower/toilet, TV in the house)
- 13th and 14th month’s salary paid pro-rata
- Seasonal position; full-time position possible after several seasons

Employment & Salary
3180 € gross / month
Salary negotiable; minimum wage according to the Vorarlberg collective bargaining agreement – willingness to pay above the minimum depending on education and professional experience; 13th and 14th monthly salaries paid pro-rata at the end of the season (double pay); seasonal position with a 5- or 6-day workweek
