For our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Erlebach, we are seeking a reliable service manager with knowledge of Austrian wines to join our guest services team for the summer season starting May 18, 2026.

Requirements
Your Profile:
- Ensuring an excellent, high-quality level of service in accordance with 4-star superior standards
- Implementing and monitoring service standards
- Friendly and professional interaction with guests and colleagues
- Leading, motivating, and developing the service team
- Overall responsibility for the restaurant, in-house guests, and bar area
- Assisting with ordering, supplier selection, and quality control
- Enforcement of hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP, occupational safety)
- Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
- Enjoy working in a team and interacting with guests
- Several years of management experience in upscale hotel or restaurant service
- Excellent manners, a hospitable attitude, and the ability to handle stress
- Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly and communicative
- Excellent command of German and strong communication skills
- The well-being of the guest is important to you
