Service employee Commis de Rang (m/w/d)

For our family-run 4* star superior Hotel Erlebach we are looking for an employee for our house guest service for the summer season from 18.05.2026 with alternating bar service at our newly renovated hotel bar.

...you can expect a brand new restaurant, a spacious buffet area with front cooking station, a new lobby with direct access to the sun terrace, an inviting hotel bar and our wine room for tastings and more.

We are investing in a new staff break room for our employees!

You can expect an interesting and responsible position in a well-coordinated team. In service we are a team of 6 people and only you are missing.

Your tasks:

• Assisting with breakfast service, replenishing the buffet, dismantling the buffet, clearing tables, cleaning, re-covering, dusting, vacuuming, looking after dishes, polishing cutlery * Setting up for evening service * Afternoon service with drinks, evening service (drinks service, plate service) together with your colleagues Cleanliness in the restaurant and in the lobby
• alternating with your colleagues bar service at our hotel bar until 11.00 pm
