Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Creativity and passion for the kitchen
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Enjoyment of the profession
Responsibilities
- Management of a post
- Preparation of dishes and mise en place
- Quality control in compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Further development of the Rigele kitchen philosophy in coordination with the head chef
- Language skills
