We are looking for an experienced garde manger to join our team in our state-of-the-art kitchen. (Start date: early November 2026 / winter season)
Our kitchen uses high-quality ingredients, sourcing from regional suppliers whenever possible. The main focus is on our evening menu, the highlight of the day. You can expect regular working hours, well-defined workflows, and a well-coordinated, long-standing team.

- Completed vocational training or at least 2 years of professional experience as a chef de partie or garde manger
- Basic knowledge of German
