Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and covering for the Chef de Rang, especially on their days off
- Serving food and beverages in a professional manner
- Assisting and advising guests in accordance with service standards
- Preparation and follow-up tasks (mise en place)
- Ensuring a smooth service flow
- Maintenance and inspection of work equipment
Requirements:
- Initial professional experience in service; ideal for motivated commis chefs looking to take the next step
- Friendly, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, and a sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of German; additional languages are a plus
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of interacting with guests
