Description

At Schernthaner Sports, we’re looking for a dedicated sales associate for the winter season who enjoys working with customers and as part of a strong team
Tasks
- Consulting and active sales of high-quality sportswear, functional skiwear, and fashionable accessories
- Stylishly presenting our brands in the apparel sector (e.g., Peak Performance, Bogner, Mountainstudio, Goldbergh, etc.)
- Sharing responsibility for attractive merchandise displays and maintaining the product assortment
- Assisting with accessory sales as needed
- Serving our international customers with a smile—in German and, ideally, also in English
Requirements
- Experience in retail or sales, ideally in the sportswear or outdoor sector
- An interest in fashion, a keen sense of trends, and a passion for athletic styles
- A well-groomed appearance, strong communication skills, and a passion for advising customers
- Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Motivated career changers with a sports background are also welcome!
Experience

German C2 (excellent knowledge)

Employment & Salary

Payment as per the collective bargaining agreement; willingness to pay above the agreed rate
