- Assist in ensuring that operations run smoothly
- Thorough preparation of the mise en place
- Preparing and monitoring dishes to the highest standards
- Quality assurance, monitoring, and oversight of inventory
- Compliance with and monitoring of HACCP hygiene regulations
- Language skills
