Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation
- Preparing ingredients (e.g., cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients)
- Assisting with the preparation and plating of cold and hot dishes
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP standards
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
- Waste separation and disposal
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Compliance with company quality standards
Requirements:
- Experience: Initial professional experience in a comparable position in the food service industry is a plus
- Skills: Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
- Skills:
- Team player and reliable
- Ability to handle pressure and work under stress
- Quick learner and flexible
- Personal qualities: Cleanliness, tidiness, and a high degree of initiative
- Language skills
