Requirements
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation
- Preparing ingredients (e.g., cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients)
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of cold and hot dishes
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP standards
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen appliances and utensils
- Waste separation and disposal
- Supporting storage and control of inventory
- Compliance with operational quality standards
Requirements:
- Experience: Initial professional experience in a comparable position in the catering industry is an advantage
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of kitchen work and hygiene standards
- Skills:
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure and resistance to stress
- Quick comprehension and flexibility
- Personal qualities: Cleanliness, tidiness, and a high degree of initiative
- Language skills
