- Provision of the required mise-en-place (sausage and cheese platters Cheese platters, yoghurts, muesli, fruit platters, ready-baked bread dough pieces, - Clean and perfect preparation of the breakfast buffet - Knowledge and implementation of the proper storage / processing of all goods - Recording and implementation of the specified recipes - Appealingly adept arrangement of the prepared dishes - Supporting the kitchen brigade in any work that arises - Completing any work that arises in the course of business - Professional use, Use and care of the equipment used- Economical and cost-conscious use of materials- Friendly interaction with colleagues (f/m/d)- Compliance with HACCP guidelines and cleaning plans
