Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or motivated career changer
- High quality awareness
- German or English language skills
Clean and economical as well as independent way of working
Tasks
- Assistance in the preparation of dishes for menus
- Sharing responsibility for an optimal production process
- Ensuring the quality of the prepared food
- Clearing and caring for the goods
- Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
- Supporting the entremetier and service manager if required
