Requirements
- Responsibilities: Independently manage the cold kitchen station.
- Preparation: Professional preparation of appetizers, salads, terrines, and cold platters.
- Buffets: Creative arrangement and stocking of buffets.
- Quality: Adherence to recipes and high-quality standards.
- HACCP: Strict implementation of hygiene guidelines at the station.
- Inventory Management: Proper storage and monitoring of food items.
- As needed: Assisting in other areas
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
Language skills
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
