Requirements

Responsibility for preparing and presenting cold dishes and appetizers. Creative preparation of salads, dressings, sauces, and other cold dishes. Ensuring an appealing and hygienic presentation of the food. Ensuring a smooth workflow at your station in the kitchen. Supporting the kitchen team in menu planning and the implementation of seasonal menus. Adhering to strict hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Additional salary information: This position offers a minimum base salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement; we are willing to pay above the collective bargaining agreement rate depending on the candidate's qualifications.
